CLYDEVALE Road Board.--Notice
is hereby given that this Board intend levying a general rate of 6d in the £ for the year 1872-73. The rate-roll lies for inspection at Clydevale Station, and objections must be lodged with the undersigned on or before the 28th instant.

For trespassing on grass paddocks, owners unknown, for which 5s per head damage is claimed; and, in default of being released, the above cattle will be sold at the Public Pound at East Taieri on Friday, the 7th day of March, 1873, at twelve o’clock noon.

IMPOUNDED on the seventh day of February, 1873, by Mr. John Andrews, East Taieri:
One chestnut horse, branded H near shoulder; damages £1.
Also, at same time, by Mr. Donaldson:
One dark bay pony horse, branded J, diamond, or T C near shoulder, the last letter indistinct.
One bay horse, star on forehead, collar-marked, long tail, scar off ribs, has been lame near fore-foot; for which no damages are claimed.
And in default of being released, the above horses will be sold at the public Pound at East Taieri on Friday, the 7th day of March, 1873, at 12 o’clock noon.
