AUCTIONEERS' LICENSES.
A MEETING for taking into consideration the following application for an Auctioneers' License will be held in the Provincial Government Offices, Dunedin, at noon of Thursday, 23rd January, 1873.

FOURTS BOUNDARIE.
East Ward
Comprises all that area bounded towards the north-north-west by the Town boundary towards the north-east by the Town boundary towards the east-south-east by the Town boundary towards the south-west by a line along the centre of Leven street.
West Ward
Comprises all that area bounded towards the north-north-west by the Town boundary towards the north-east by Musty Ward towards the east-south-east by the Town boundary towards the south-west by a line proceeding in a north-westerly direction from the Town boundary along the centre of Levy street to a point opposite the centre of Derwent street to a point opposite the centre of Keswick street then along the centre of Keswick street and in a south-westerly direction along the centre of Ness street to the Town boundary and towards the west-south-west by the Town boundary.
South Ward
Comprises the remaining portion of the Town of Naseby bounded towards the north and north-east by West Ward towards the east-south-east by the Town boundary towards the south-south-east by the Town boundary and towards the west-south-west by the Town boundary.

NOTICE.
Otago Roads Ordinance 1871.
His Honor the Deputy Superintendent directs it to be notified that he has, under the powers conferred on him by the 119th section of the above-mentioned Ordinance appointed:
- Messrs Arthur Gerard, Robert Dick Maclachlan, and Michael Devany, Members of the Aparima Road Board, the sufficient number of members for the said district, required by the said Ordinance, not having been elected at the general election held for the said district after the first constitution thereof under the said Ordinance.

CLUTHA COAL FIELD.
TENDERS will be received at the Provincial Government Offices, Dunedin, until noon of Friday, 24th January, 1873, from parties willing to lease the Clutha Coal Fields and plant connected therewith, for the term of seven years. Tenders to state the amount of rent per annum, payable half-yearly in advance.
A list of the plant can be seen at the Office of the Secretary for Land and Works, Dunedin, and at the Police Station, Balclutha.
For further information apply at the Office of the Secretary for Land and Works, Dunedin.
The Government does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any tender.

Contract No. 701.--Gravelling 30 chains of road between Roxburgh and Coal Creek, on road, Tuapeka to Alexandra. Plans and specifications may be seen, and forms of tender obtained, at the Office of the Engineer of Roads and Works, Dunedin, and at Police Camp, Roxburgh.
Tenders to be endorsed “Roads and Works tender for contract No. 701.”
The Government does not undertake to accept the lowest or any tender.
TENDERS will be received at the office of the Secretary for Works until noon of Tuesday, 14th January, 1873, for:
Contract No. 702.--Construction of 59 chains of road through Mr. A. Green's property, block III, Akatore District. Plans and specifications may be seen, and forms of tender obtained, at the office of the Engineer of Roads and Works, Dunedin, and at the residence of Mr. Green, Akatore.
Tenders to be endorsed “Roads and Works tender for contract No. 702.”
The Government does not undertake to accept the lowest or any tender.
TENDERS will be received at the office of the Secretary for Works until noon of Tuesday, 28th January, 1873, for:
Contract No. 703.--Construction of Timber Bridge over the Pomahaka Stream, on road Waitahito Tapanui. Plans and specifications may be seen, and forms of tender obtained at the office of the Engineer of Roads and Works, Dunedin, and at Police Camp, Tapanui.
Tenders to be endorsed “Roads and Works tender for contract No. 703.”
The Government does not undertake to accept the lowest or any tender.
