IMPOUNDED on the 10th day of December, 1872, by Duncan McLean, ranger, one red and white bullock, earmarked, branded "HC" near rump, owner unknown, for trespassing on Puketapu Bush, for which £3 6s driving expenses is claimed; and in default of being released the above bullock will be sold at the Public Pound at Palmerston on Friday, the 10th day of January, 1873, at 12 o'clock noon. — JOSEPH LLOYD, Poundkeeper of the Palmerston Pound.

IMPOUNDED on the 10th day of December, 1872, by Mr William Adams, farmer, Rocky Point, one strawberry cow, branded like TW (blotched) off rump, half off off ear, for which 5s damages and expenses is claimed, for eating and destroying crops and fences; and in default of the above cow being released she will be sold on Friday, the 10th day of January, 1873, at 12 o'clock noon. — WILLIAM WILLIAMS, Poundkeeper, Leaning Rock (Clyde) Pound.

IMPOUNDED on the 17th day of December, 1872, by Mr James Fulton, West Taieri, one red cow branded on off rump like PH (conjoined) owner unknown, for trespassing on grass near Mr James Reid's land, substantially fenced, the property of the above-named, for which no damages are claimed; and in default of being released the above cow will be sold at the Public Pound at West Taieri on Friday, the 10th day of January, 1873, at 12 o'clock noon. — MICHAEL TAYLOR, Poundkeeper of the West Taieri Pound.

IMPOUNDED on the 17th day of December, 1872, one red and white heifer, branded C or G on thigh; one red and white heifer, no visible brand; and red and white heifer, no visible brand; by Richard Nelmes, Ranger; owners unknown; trespassing on Cranbourne District Roads, for which 1s 6d each damages is claimed, and in default of being released, the above cattle will be sold at the Public Pound at Hawksbury, on Friday, the 10th day of January, 1873, at twelve o'clock noon. — ARCHD. IMPOUNDED on the 20th day of December, 1872, by James Anderson, Ranger, Otapopo, one red bullock, branded like GN conjoined on off rump; one white cow, blue neck, branded U near rump; one blue and white heifer, branded V near rump; owners unknown; for trespassing on roads and breaking fences at Otapopo, for which 2s. each damages, and 4s. each driving expenses, is claimed, and in default of being released, the above cattle will be sold at the Public Pound, at Hampden, on Friday, the 10th day of January, 1873, at 12 o'clock noon. — H.
