GAZETTE.—Each person who fails to get the ‘Gazette’ regularly will please send at once to the undersigned the name of the Post Office to which the ‘Gazette’ should be sent, as it is believed that in most cases the neglect to put the Post Office after the name and address of the person is the main cause why the ‘Gazette’ does not reach its destination sometimes.

IMMIGRANTS’ PASSAGE-MONEY.—Notice to Assisted Immigrants who arrived in the Province before the year 1869.

All immigrants who have arrived in the Province by ships prior to those referred to in the notice hereunder, and who have not paid their passage-money, are requested to do so at once by remitting the same to me. Proceedings will be taken to recover in all cases of non-payment. When necessary, the time for payment will be extended.

IMMIGRATION MONEY.—Assisted Immigrants by the ships which arrived during 1869, 1870, and 1871, are requested to forward to John Logan, Immigration Agent, Dunedin, the amount of their passage money. Proceedings will be taken to recover all cases of non-payment without further notice.

PALMERSTON DISTRICT ROAD BOARD. Notice is hereby given that a Special Meeting of this Board will be held at the North-Western Hotel on Wednesday, the 18th of December, 1872, at 12 o’clock, to hear objections (if any).
