NOTICE
Of certain Lands in the Province of Otago having been reserved as a Commonage for the inhabitants of Hampden.
By His Honor James Macandrew, Superintendent of the Province of Otago.
WHEREAS the Provincial Council of Otago have under and by virtue of Section 62 of the Otago Waste Lands Act, 1866, recommended that the lands hereinafter described should be reserved as a Commonage for the use of the inhabitants of Hampden; and it is expedient that the said lands should be so reserved for that purpose: Now, therefore, I, James Macandrew, Superintendent of the Province of Otago, in pursuance and exercise of the power and authority vested in me in this behalf, do hereby publish and declare that I have made and dedicated the lands hereinafter described as a Commonage for the use of the inhabitants of Hampden; (that is to say)—
All that area in the Province of Otago being part of block XIII, Moeraki Survey District, and bounded towards the north by the Big Kuri Creek and part of block ten (X), Otepopo Survey District, towards the east by block one (I), Otepopo Survey District, block one (I), Moeraki Survey District, and section thirteen (13), block thirteen (XIII), Moeraki Survey District, towards the south by block eleven (XI), and by section three (3), block thirteen (XIII), Moeraki Survey District; and towards the south-west and west by parts of blocks thirteen (XIII) and fourteen (XIV) Moeraki Survey District.

Of certain Land in the Township of Palmerston in the Province of Otago having been reserved for a public market.
By His Honor James Macandrew, Superintendent of the Province of Otago.
WHEREAS the Provincial Council of Otago have under and by virtue of Section 62 of the Otago Waste Lands Act, 1866, recommended that the lands hereinafter described should be reserved for a market; and it is expedient that the said lands should be so reserved for that purpose: Now, therefore, I, James Macandrew, Superintendent of the Province of Otago, in pursuance and exercise of the power and authority vested in me in this behalf, do hereby publish and declare that I have made and dedicated the lands hereinafter described as a Reserve for a market at Palmerston (that is to say)—
All that area in the Province of Otago containing by admeasurement five (5) acres and two (2) poles more or less, being section 18 block XXXIII, town of Palmerston.

WHEREAS the Provincial Council of Otago have under and by virtue of section 62 of the Otago Waste Lands Act 1866, recommended that the lands hereinafter described should be reserved for public purposes for the use of the inhabitants of Palmerston; and it is expedient that the said lands should be so reserved for that purpose: Now, therefore, I, James Macandrew, Superintendent of the Province of Otago, in pursuance and exercise of the power and authority vested in me in this behalf, do hereby publish and declare that I have made and dedicated the lands hereinafter described as a reserve for public purposes for the use of the inhabitants of Palmerston (that is to say)—
All that area in the Province of Otago containing by admeasurement ninety-seven (97) acres three (3) roods and fourteen (14) poles more or less, being sections numbered respectively 15 16 17 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 and 26 block XXXVIII, town of Palmerston.
