Immediately after the sale of Run 445, section 90, block 6, North Harbor and Blueskin District, containing 70a. 3r. 22p., will be offered by auction, at the upset price of 10s. per acre.

MONDAY, 28th, at noon.

NOTICE is hereby given, that section 75, block IV, Moeraki District, formerly part of Puketapu Bush Reserve, containing 24a. 2r. 33p., will be offered for sale by public auction, at the North Western Hotel, Palmerston, on Monday, the 28th day of October next, at noon, at the upset price of £1 1s. per acre, and subject to repayment of survey expenses, amounting to £7 7s.

Immediately after, section 23, block 1, Waikouaiti District, containing 78a. 2r. 25p., will be offered by auction at the upset price of 10s. per acre.

WEDNESDAY, 6th November, noon.

SECTION 22, Block VI, New River Hundred, containing Four Acres, more or less, hitherto forming part of the Bush Reserve in the same Block, will be sold by Auction, at the Land Office, Invercargill, at noon on Wednesday, the 6th November; upset price, £2 per acre.

FRIDAY, 18th October.

SECTION 2, Lindhurst Hundred, hitherto forming part of the Reserve at the Mataura Bridge, will be open for Application at the Land Office, Invercargill, on Friday, the 18th October.
