NOTICE.

Otago Roads Ordinance 1871.

HIS Honor the Deputy-Superintendent directs it to be notified that he has, under the powers conferred on him by the 119th section of the above-mentioned Ordinance appointed

Messrs. William Cowan,
William Dyack, and
James M’Gill,

Members of the Hawksbury Road Board, the sufficient number of members for the said district required by the said Ordinance, not having been elected at the first general election held for the said district after the first constitution thereof under the said Ordinance.
