IMPOUNDED on the 10th day of September, 1872,
by Mr. J. P. Davidson, manager, Malakannui Station,
one brown mare branded like D off neck, star, and snip, near fore and hind feet white, one brown filly, no visible brand, star and snip, hind feet white, one brown filly, no visible brand, near fore and hind feet white—owner unknown, for trespassing on Malakannui Station, for which seventeen shillings per head damages is charged; and in default of being released, the above horses will be sold at the Public Pound at Leaning Rock, Clyde, on Friday, the 4th day of October 1872, at twelve o’clock noon.—William Williams, Poundkeeper of the Leaning Rock Pound, Clyde.

by Messrs. Douglass & Co., Eden Creek Station,
one red and white heifer, branded like 3 near rump, one strawberry stag, no visible brand, near ear marked, one bay mare, branded like S near shoulder, owners unknown, for trespassing on Eden Creek Station, for which 5s. per head on the cattle and 20s. on the mare is claimed; and in default of being released the above cattle will be sold at the Public Pound at Leaning Rock, Clyde, on Friday, the 4th day of October, 1872, at twelve o’clock noon.—William Williams, Poundkeeper of the Leaning Rock Pound, Clyde.

DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP
NOTICE is Hereby Given, that the Partnership hitherto existing between John Healey, Patrick Feehley, and Michael Moran, of the Arrow River, in the Province of Otago, gold miners, under the style of "Feehley, Healey and Company," has this day been dissolved by mutual consent. All debts due to the late Partnership must be paid to Patrick Feehley, who will continue to carry on the business of a licensed hotelkeeper at the Royal Oak Hotel, Arrowtown; and all moneys owing by the late partnership will be paid by him.
