Of Impounding Notices:
- 27th Sept., Friday, noon, a Cow and two Steers, will be sold at Clyde Pound.
- 27th September, Friday, noon, three steers, two cows and a bull calf will be sold at Glenkenich Pound.
ACCEPTANCE OF TENDER.—Contract No. 661.
—The Tender of Duncan Mackellar, for the sum of £1764 15s. 10d., for the above contract, has been accepted.

STATIONERY AND PRINTING.
—Separate tenders will be received at the Provincial Government Offices, Dunedin, until noon of Saturday, 28th September, 1872, for supply of Stationery and for Printing for Provincial Government during the year 1873.
TENDERS will be received at the Office of the Secretary for Lands, until noon of Monday, the 7th October, for Contract No. 75.—Trigonometrical and Topographical Survey of country between Ohau Lake and Mount Aspiring, and marking on the ground part of the boundary between Otago and Canterbury.
Tenders to be accompanied by a deposit of 5 per cent. of the estimated cost.
The lowest or any tender not necessarily accepted.
TENDERS will be received at the office of the Secretary for Works until noon of Tuesday, 17th September, 1872, for Contract No. 662.—Metalling 40 chains of road Tokomairiro to Clutha, situate near end of Kaitangata road, and extending towards Stoney Creek.
Plans and specifications may be seen, and forms of tender obtained, at the office of the Engineer of Roads and Works, Dunedin, and at Police Camp, Balclutha.
Tenders to be endorsed “Roads and Works Tender for Contract No. 662.”
The Government does not undertake to accept the lowest or any tender.
TENDERS will be received at the office of the Secretary for Works until noon of Tuesday, 17th September, 1872, for Contract No. 663.—Metalling of 24 ½ chains of road Tokomairiro to Clutha, situate near the junction of Mount Stewart road.
Plans and specifications may be seen, and forms of tender obtained, at the office of the Engineer of Roads and Works, Dunedin, and at Police Camp, Balclutha.
Tenders to be endorsed “Roads and Works Tender for Contract No. 663.”
The Government does not undertake to accept the lowest or any tender.
TENDERS will be received at the office of the Secretary for Works until noon of Tuesday, 24th September, 1872, for Contract No. 664.—Formation of portion of road Glenomaru to Catlin’s River, near the Owake Stream.
Plans and specifications can be seen, and forms of tender obtained, at the office of the Engineer of Roads and Works, Dunedin, and at the Post Office, Port Molyneux.
Tenders to be endorsed “Roads and Works tender for Contract No. 664.”
The Government does not undertake to accept the lowest or any tender.
FRESH TENDERS will be received at the Office of the Secretary for Works until noon of Friday, 27th September, 1872, for Contract No. 659.—Erection of Police Camp Buildings at Roxburgh.
Plans and Specifications may be seen, and forms of Tender obtained, at the office of the Engineer of Roads and Works, Dunedin, and at Police Camp, Roxburgh.
Tenders to be endorsed “Roads and Works Tender for Contract No. 659.”

PAYMENT TO BE MADE IN LAND.
TENDERS will be received at the office of the Secretary for Works until noon of Tuesday, 17th October, 1872, for Contract No. 633.—Construction of Timber Bridge over the Shotover River, near Arthur’s Point.
Plans and Specifications may be seen, and forms of tender obtained, at the office of the Engineer of Roads and Works, Dunedin, and at Police Station, Queenstown.
Tenders to be endorsed “Roads and Works tender for Contract No. 633.”
The Government does not undertake to accept the lowest or any tender.
PAYMENT TO BE MADE IN LAND.
TENDERS will be received at the Office of the Secretary for Works until noon of Tuesday, 24th September, 1872, for Contract No. 666.—Formation of a portion of the road Tokomairiro to Coast, commencing at Devil’s Bridge, and extending towards Two Stone Hill.
Plans and specifications may be seen, and forms of tender obtained, at the office of the Engineer of Roads and Works, Dunedin, and at Police Station, Tokomairiro.
Tenders to be endorsed “Roads and Works tender for Contract No. 666.”
The Government does not undertake to accept the lowest or any tender.
PAYMENT TO BE MADE IN LAND.
TENDERS will be received at the office of the Secretary for Works until noon of Tuesday, 24th September, 1872, for Contract No. 665.—Formation of a portion of the road Tokomairiro to Coast, through Mr. Thos Lawrence’s property near Coast.
Plans and Specifications may be seen, and forms of tender obtained, at the office of the Engineer of Roads and Works, Dunedin, and at Police Station, Tokomairiro.
Tenders to be endorsed “Roads and Works tender for Contract No. 665.”
