APPLICATIONS will be received by Mr. John H. Baker, Survey Office, Invercargill, from persons wishing to lease any of the Reserves as formerly advertised.
Copies of the Otago Regulations and conditions for the Leasing of Education Reserves can be obtained from Mr. Baker, Invercargill.
MONDAY, 16th September, noon.
NOTICE is hereby given that sections 1A and 10, block VIII, Dunedin and East Taieri District, containing respectively 12 or 28p and 3a 3r 33p, will be offered for sale by public auction at the Land Office, Dunedin, on Monday, the 16th day of September, 1872, at noon, at the upset price of 21s per acre, and subject to repayment of survey expenses.

NOTICE is hereby given that section 87, block III, Waitahuna West, containing 102a 3r 30p. (being centre part of Island on Clutha River opposite Mr. James Smith’s station) will be offered for sale by public auction at Mr. Capstick’s Auction Rooms, Toko Mairiro, on Monday, the 16th day of September next, at noon, at the upset price of 21s per acre.

NOTICE TO APPLICANTS for UNSURVEYED LAND, under “Otago Waste Land Act 1866.”
It is hereby notified to the applicants whose names appear in the subjoined Schedule that the Waste Land Board has declared them to be the purchasers of the sections set opposite their names in the Schedule, and that the purchase money of these sections must be paid to the Receiver of Land Revenue in Invercargill, on or before Wednesday, the 25th day of September, 1872, otherwise the applications will be deemed withdrawn, cancelled, and void, and the deposit made at the time of lodging the application will be forfeited.

The Sections in the subjoined Schedule being now surveyed, the applicants are informed that the Waste Land Board will give its decision on their applications at this Office on Wednesday, the 25th day of September, 1872, at 12 o’clock noon; or before which day, objections to the survey, if any, must be made. In the event of the applications being granted, the purchase money may be paid to the Receiver of Land Revenue, Invercargill, within a few days.
