HENRY SKEY.

IMPOUNDED on the third day of June, 1872, by John Irving, ranger, for trespassing on Waihola Hundred, one red and white cow branded like O on the off rump, one bull calf, one roan cow, white on the back, branded like M on off rump, with calf at foot and in default of being released, the above cattle will be sold at the Public Pound at Tokomairiro, on Friday, the 21st day of June, 1872, at 12 o’clock noon.—JAS. GOODALL, poundkeeper of the Tokomairiro pound.

IMPOUNDED on the 1st June, 1872, by Mr. Robt. Hastie of Hampden, one yellow and white bullock branded WL (reversed) near rump, owner unknown, for trespassing on grass paddock, for which 2s damages is claimed, and in default of being released, the above bullock will be sold at the public pound at Hampden, on Friday, the 21st June, 1872, at 12 o’clock noon.—H. SUPREME COURT.—Notice is hereby given that a Sitting of the Supreme Court for the despatch of Criminal and Civil Business will be held at the Supreme Court House, Dunedin, on Monday, the first day of July next, at the hour of ten o’clock in the forenoon, at which time and place all persons bound by recognizances to appear as Prosecutors, Defendants or Witnesses, are required to give their attendance.

Notice is hereby further given that the Civil Cases will not be called on for trial until Tuesday, the ninth day of July, at ten o’clock in the forenoon.
