WAIKAWA STATION.—Notice is hereby given, that the lease for 10 years of Run No. 177, containing 23,000 acres, will be offered for sale by public auction, at the Land Office, Dunedin, on Monday, the 15th day of July next, at noon, in terms of clause 78 of the Otago Waste Lands Act, 1866, at the upset price of halfpenny per acre. Intenal to be assessment of 3s 6d per head on cattle depastured. Power reserved to increase assessment, if understocked. Lease to commence 6th February, 1873.

NOTICE is given, that sections 55 and 56, block II, Dunedin and East Taieri District, containing respectively 31a 2r 30p and 46a 0r 10p, will be offered for sale by public auction, at the Land Office, Dunedin, on Monday, the 1st July next, at noon, at the upset price of 10s. per acre.

BLUESKIN ROAD DISTRICT.—The precept authorising the collection of the Blueskin Road District Local Road Rates, having now been issued, all Ratepayers are hereby requested to make payment of their respective assessments, to the Collector, RODK. FINLAYSON, Storekeeper, Blueskin, at his residence there. 25th May, 1872.

IMPOUNDED on the third day of June, 1872, by John Irving, ranger, for trespassing on Waihola Hundred, one red and white cow branded like O on the off rump, one ball calf, one roan cow, white on the back, branded like M on off rump, with calf at foot; and in default of being released, the above cattle will be sold at the Public Pound at Tokomairiro, on Friday, the 21st day of June, 1872, at 12 o’clock noon.—JAS. GOODALL, poundkeeper of the Tokomairiro pound.

IMPOUNDED on the 1st June, 1872, by Mr. Robt. Hastie of Hampden, one yellow and white bullock branded WL (reversed) near rump, trespassing on grass paddock, for which 2s damages is claimed, and in default of being released, the above bullock will be sold at the public pound at Hampden, on Friday, the 21st June, 1872, at 12 o’clock noon.—H. F. MURCOTT, poundkeeper of the Hampden pound.

CLYDE DISTRICT SCHOOL.—Wanted a Master and a Mistress. Guaranteed joint salary, £225 per annum. Fresh applications with testimonials, to be lodged on or before Monday, 22nd July, with A. CHRISTOPHERS, Clerk.

SCHOOLMISTRESS wanted for Mornington School. Salary £85 per annum. Applications with testimonials to be lodged on or before the 19th current with A. R. URZ, Dunedin.

PRINTING.—Tenders wanted immediately for printing and binding Otago Railway Rules and Regulations. For particulars apply at the Superintendent’s Office, Dunedin. 4th June, 1872.

WHEREAS persons are constantly riding over sections 41, 56, &c, block II, Waikouaiti District, accompanied by dogs, disturbing and worrying my sheep, notice is hereby given that after this date persons trespassing without written permission, will be prosecuted, and dogs will be destroyed.

THE Partnership hitherto existing between Alexander Innes Grant, Percival Clay Neill, and Robert Campbell Grant, as Flax Manufacturers at Blueskin, is this day dissolved by mutual consent.

The business will in future be carried on by Alexander Innes Grant and Robert Campbell Grant, under the firm of Grant and Co., as heretofore, who will be responsible for all liabilities, and to whom all debts must be paid.
