Sealed tenders to be sent in to the Clerk of the Board, endorsed (Tender) before 12 o’clock noon, on Saturday the 26th inst. The Board do not necessarily accept the lowest or any tender.

Section 2 of 20, block II, 40 acres

The lease of the last-mentioned Section will be sold subject to valuation for improvements. Copies of Regulations and Condition of Lease may be had on application at the Education Office.
