✨ Impounded Animals and Financial Statements
IMPOUNDED on the 17th April, 1872, by John Honor and Son, Boundary Creek, two young bulls, one roan, no visible brand, and one strawberry, branded like D off rump, owners unknown, for trespassing on the paddocks at his farm, Boundary Creek, for which 7s. 6d. each damages is claimed, and in default of being released, the above cattle will be sold at the public pound at Oamaru, on Friday, the 10th May, 1872, at 12 o’clock noon.—JOHN GRAY, poundkeeper of the Oamaru pound.
IMPOUNDED on the 17th April, 1872, by Constable Dunn, one white bull, branded £ C on off rump, supposed to belong to John Fuck, for trespassing on the public road, Puerua, for which no damage is claimed, and in default of being released, the above bull will be sold at the public pound at Balclutha, on the 10th May, 1872, at 12 o’clock noon.—GEORGE BAIN, poundkeeper of the Balclutha pound.
IMPOUNDED on the 17th April, 1872, by David Whytock, Puerua, two brindled bulls, no visible brands, supposed to belong to John Fuck, for trespassing on private property at Puerua, for which 5s. per head is claimed for driving to pound, and in default of being released, the above cattle will be sold at the public pound at Balclutha, on the 10th May, 1872, at 12 o’clock noon.—GEORGE BAIN, poundkeeper of the Balclutha pound.
