SUPREME COURT.—Notice is hereby given that a Sitting of the Supreme Court for the despatch of Criminal and Civil business, will be helden at the Supreme Court House, Dunedin, on Wednesday the 3rd day of April 1872, at the hour of ten o’clock in the forenoon, at which time and place all persons bound by recognizances to appear as prosecutors, defendants, or witnesses are required to give their attendance.

Notice is hereby further given that the Civil Cases will not be called on for trial, until Tuesday, the ninth day of April, at ten o’clock in the forenoon.


BRIGHTON ROAD DISTRICT.—Notice.—The Assessment Roll for the above-named district lies for inspection for 14 days from this date, at the house of Mr James B. Blair.—PETER LEITCH, Clerk. Brighton, 16th March, 1872.


BLUESKIN Local Road District.—Notice is hereby given of the intention to make application to the General Road Board at its first meeting, to authorise the Rates in said District to be levied on an assessment of the annual value of all lands, houses, mills, buildings and hereditaments within said district.
