NOTICE

Notice is hereby given, that the partnership existing
between George Aitken and George Ratcliffe,
trading as carpenters, Alexandra, has this day been
dissolved by mutual consent; and in future the business
will be carried on by George Ratcliffe, who will pay
and receive all outstanding accounts.

NOTICE

Notice is hereby given, that the Partnership
lately subsisting between us, the undersigned
Walter Miller and John M’Donald Henderson, as Run
holders in the Province of Otago, in the Colony of New
Zealand, under the firm of “Miller and Henderson,”
was, on the 1st day of February, 1872, dissolved by
mutual consent.

THE undersigned Robert Forbes, hereby make

Application to register the Hooper’s Inlet Gold
Mining Company, registered under the provisions of
“The Mining Companies’ Limited Liability Act 1865.”

And I do solemnly and sincerely declare that the following
statement is, to the best of my belief and knowledge,
true in every particular; namely,

  1. The name and style of the Company is: the
    Hooper’s Inlet Gold Mining Company (Registered).

  2. The place of operations is at Hooper’s Inlet.

  3. The nominal capital of the Company is Five
    Thousand Pounds, in One Thousand Shares, of Five
    Pounds each.

  4. The amount already paid up is One Thousand
    Five Hundred and Sixteen Pounds.

  5. The name of the Manager is Robert Forbes.

  6. The office of the Company is at Portobello.

  7. The names and several residences of the Shareholders,
    and the number of Shares held by each, at this
