of Criminal and Civil business, will be held at the Supreme Court House, Dunedin, on Wednesday the third day of April next, at the hour of ten o'clock in the forenoon, at which time and place all persons bound by recognizances to appear as prosecutors, defendants, or witnesses are required to give their attendance.
Notice is hereby further given that the Civil Cases will not be called on for trial, until Tuesday, the ninth day of April, at ten o'clock in the forenoon.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership existing between us, Mark Walkem, Alexander Peyman, and Charles Abbott, all of Dunedin, in the Province of Otago, and Colony of New Zealand, contractors, carrying on business at Oamaru, in the Province of Otago aforesaid, under the style or firm of “Walkem and Co.), has been, this twenty-eighth day of February, one thousand eight hundred and seventy-two, dissolved by mutual consent, so far as concerns the said Charles Abbott, who retires. The said Mark Walkem and Alexander Peyman will pay all debts due by the said firm.
Dated at Dunedin, this twenty-eighth day of February, 1872.
