POUNDKEEPERS.—Several Poundkeepers having neglected to make their Returns as required by the Impounding Ordinance, are reminded that penalty for such neglect is £20, which will be enforced if the returns are not made forthwith. 23rd Jan., 1872.

GLENKENICH POUND.—The bay horse impounded on the 16th, by Mr John Dickison, should be bay horse, star on forehead, shod on fore feet, now shows M near shoulder, and like 428 off neck.—A. MACGREGOR.

INCH CLUTHA Pound.—The Chestnut Mare that is advertised for sale on the 2nd day of February is released; but the Bay Horse is not—it is still in Pound.—F. BASSETT.

A. De Lantour, Esq., from Messrs. J. A. Douglass and Co.’s Run, owners unknown, for trespassing on Messrs. J. A. NOTICE is hereby given, that the Partnership heretofore existing between James Nicholas, John Lindley Edwards, and John Jenkins, of Cromwell, carrying on business as coal miners, under the style or firm of Nicholas and Co., has been dissolved this day by mutual consent.

All debts due to the partnership will be received, and all liabilities will be discharged by James Nicholas, who will continue to carry on the business under the style used by the late firm.
