SUPREME COURT.
NOTICE is hereby given, that a sitting of the Supreme Court, for the despatch of criminal and civil business, will be holden at the Supreme Court House, Dunedin, on Tuesday, the second day of January next, at the hour of ten o'clock in the forenoon; at which time and place all persons bound by recognizances to appear as prosecutors, defendants or witnesses are required to give their attendance.

WALTON TOLL BAR.
LANDRESS, HEPBURN, and Co. are instructed by the trustees of the Walton Road Board, to sell by auction at their rooms, Manse street, Dunedin, on Wednesday, 3rd January, at 2 o'clock, the lease of the Walton Toll Bar for the next twelve months. This Toll Bar was let last year for £40.
Payments to be made monthly in advance. 4t-20s
MUNICIPALITY OF MILTON.
REGULATIONS of the Council of the Incorporated Town of Milton. Made under Schedule XIII of the "Municipal Corporations Act 1867."
REGULATIONS.
No. 1.
A Regulation made under the authority of section 3, subdivision 2, part 7 of schedule XIII of said Act, for prescribing the distance from any adjoining land or from any building within which it shall not be lawful to make or keep any stack of hay, corn or straw or other produce, if not placed under roof or cover, and the like where placed under roof or cover, and for prohibiting or restraining the use for such covering of certain inflammable materials.
1st. It shall not be lawful to make or keep any stack of hay, corn, straw, or other agricultural produce belonging to the class of cereals stored in the open air at a less distance than sixty-six feet from any building and from the land of adjoining owner.
2nd. It shall not be lawful to make or keep any quantity exceeding four tons of hay, corn, straw, or other agricultural produce belonging to the class of cereals stored in any building within the Incorporated Town of Milton, unless the roof of such first-mentioned building is covered with iron, and the walls are constructed of stone or brick.
3rd. Any building while used as a stable only may be used for the storage of hay, corn, straw, and other agricultural produce, whether complying with the foregoing regulations or not, provided that if built with wood or iron the quantity at any time shall not exceed two tons.
No. 2.
A Regulation made under the authority of section 45, subdivision 9, part 1 of schedule XIII of said Act, for appointing the hours during which it shall not be lawful to drive into or through the Incorporated Town of Milton or any part thereof any cattle intended for sale, slaughter or shipment, or travelling from one part of New Zealand or of any other colony to any other place, &c., &c.
It shall not be lawful to drive into or through any part of the Incorporated Town of Milton, except between the hours of five o'clock P.M. and 8 o'clock A.M. of any day, any cattle intended for sale, slaughter or shipment, or travelling from one part of New Zealand or any other colony to any other place: Provided that nothing herein contained shall apply to horses driven in harness or to oxen in the yoke.
Passed by the Council of the Incorporated Town of Milton, the sixteenth day of October, one thousand eight hundred and seventy-one.

DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.—Notice is hereby given, that the partnership hitherto existing between the undersigned Andrew Ferguson and James Clark Brown, in the trade or business of newspaper proprietors and general printers, at Lawrence, in the Province of Otago, Colony of New Zealand, under the firm of Ferguson and Brown, has this day been dissolved by mutual consent.
And notice is hereby further given, that the share in the said business hitherto held by the said James Clark Brown has been purchased by the said Andrew Ferguson, who will carry on the business from this date in his own name; and that the said Andrew Ferguson will pay and receive all accounts owing by and to the late firm of Ferguson and Brown, has this day been dissolved by mutual consent.

NOTICE.—The Partnership hitherto existing between the undersigned as Brewers and Malsters is this day dissolved by mutual consent.
The Business will henceforth be carried on by Mr. James Wilson who will receive all accounts owing to and pay all debts of the late firm.
