NOTICE.
THE partnership hitherto existing between George
Milne and Craven Paget of Alexandra, Coal
Merchants, has this day been dissolved by mutual
consent. All accounts due to the said firm must be paid
to George Milne; and all accounts owing by said firm
will be discharged by said George Milne, Craven Paget
having nothing whatever to do with the above named
partnership from this date.

“Otago Roads Ordinance, 1871,”

having been laid before the Governor, His Excellency
has been pleased to assent to the same.

2, of the 12th January, 1871.

TENDERERS for supplying the New Zealand
Government with Stationery are informed that
the Contractor will be required to pay the Duties
leviable upon any articles included in the Contract; and
attention is called to the following condition, published
in the New Zealand Gazette of the 12th inst.:

“In the event of any alteration in the Tariff affecting
any of the items included in the Contract, and the
Government or the Contractor, as the case may be, will
make a proportional allowance by way of deduction from,
or increase of, the price of the item so affected.”
