Firm of Matheson and Cameron, was, on the 2nd day of August, 1871, dissolved by mutual consent.
All debts due to and by the late firm at Invercargill will be received and paid by the undersigned Donald Lachlan Matheson, who in future will carry on the business there in his own name, and all debts due to and by the late firm at Winton will be received and paid by the undersigned, Donald Cameron, who in future will carry on the business there in his own name.

ENQUIRIES having been made respecting William Henry Paice, description of whom is given below, any one who can give any information relative to him is requested to communicate with this office.

William Henry Paice was 37 years of age on 7th December, 1870, and was then unmarried. He is of dark complexion, and has black hair. He sailed from Liverpool, and prior to his coming to New Zealand resided at the Bear and Ragged Staff Inn, at Michelmersh, near Romsey, in Hampshire, England. He had served in the Marine Artillery, from which he had bought his discharge. He was last heard of at New Plymouth, in October, 1865, by letter dated 28th of that month.
NOTICE to Make a Fence.--To the Heir-at-Law or Representatives of William M’Millan, deceased, or to whom it may concern, being owner of section 47, block I, Oteramika Hundred: Take notice, that I desire that the boundary or separating fence between sections 47 and 49 Block I, Oteramika Hundred, be made as one from the Government road to the frontage of the bush, and that such fence shall be a post and two railed fence with single ditch.

NOTICE TO MAKE FENCE.
To William Robinson, owner of the North-western portion of Section 4, Block I, Invercargill Hundred.
TAKE NOTICE that I desire that the boundary or separating fence between the north-eastern portion of Section 4, Block I, Invercargill Hundred, and your part of the said section, viz., the north-western portion thereof, be made immediately, and that such fence shall be a substantial wire fence at least four feet in height, having not less than five wires and top rail, posts two feet in ground, and not more than eight feet asunder, and that, failing the erection of your half of the said fence, I shall cause the same to be erected at your cost and charges.
