WINTON HUNDRED.
APPLICATIONS will be received at the Land Office, Invercargill, for the purchase of section 35, block III, Winton Hundred, hitherto temporarily reserved, on Monday, the 18th day of September next. The said land being bounded on the north by part of north boundary of aforesaid block, 4607 links; towards the south-east by a public road, 1417 links, 2034 links, and 2797 links; and on the west by a Bush Reserve, 3695 links, and containing by admeasurement 63 acres 3 roods 0 poles.

It is Hereby Notified that the Regulations for the Management of Pasturage within Hundreds, published in the Provincial Government Gazette, No. 727, of the 7th April, 1871, so far as clauses 1 to 14 inclusive, have been agreed to by the Waste Land Board, as Regulations for the Management of Pasturage within the Strath Taieri Hundred. The word “October” will for the present year, so far as regards this Hundred be substituted for the word “January” in clause 1, before mentioned.

Ratepayers in the undermentioned Road District having failed to elect a Local Board to serve for the year ending June, 1871. Notice is hereby given, that a Meeting is appointed to be held for the purpose of electing five duly qualified persons to serve as a Local Board as under —
