DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.

The Partnership carried on by the undersigned Daniel M'Lachlan and John Comrie Campbell, as Coal Miners, at Barton Hill and Abbotsford, Green Island, was dissolved on the eighth day of August, one thousand eight hundred and seventy-one. All Debts due and owing at Barton Hill will be paid by the said John Comrie Campbell and Peter M'Lachlan, of Green Island, Coal Miner. All Debts due and owing to and by Abbotsford will be paid and received by Daniel M'Lachlan.

Witness our hands this twelfth day of August, one thousand eight hundred and seventy-one.

The Barton Hill Colliery will be carried on by the said Peter M'Lachlan and John Comrie Campbell, and the Abbotsford Colliery by the said Daniel M'Lachlan.

NOTICE

Notice is hereby given, that the Partnership heretofore subsisting between Bendix Hallenstein, Isaac Hallenstein, Hermann Buttner, and Michaelis Hallenstein, trading as merchants in Queenstown, Arrow, and Cromwell, in the Province of Otago, in New Zealand, under the style of I. Hallenstein & Co., was this day dissolved by mutual consent, and that a similar business will be carried on as from this day by the said Bendix Hallenstein, Isaac Hallenstein, and Michaelis Hallenstein, who have entered into Partnership, under the style of I. Hallenstein & Co., and will receive all debts due to the late firm.

Notice is hereby given, that a sitting of the Supreme Court, for the despatch of Criminal and Civil Business, will be held at the Supreme Court House, Dunedin, on Monday, the 4th day of September next, at the hour of ten o'clock in the forenoon; at which time and place all persons bound by recognizances to appear as prosecutors, defendants, or witnesses, are required to give their attendance.

Notice is hereby further given, that the Civil cases will not be called on for trial until Tuesday, the 12th day of September, at ten o'clock in the forenoon.
