NOTICE is hereby given, that Section 56, Block I, Otokia District, containing 4 acres, 1 rood, and 25 poles, will be offered for sale by public auction at the Land Office, Dunedin, on Monday, the 4th day of September next, at noon, at the upset price of £1 10s. per acre.

Immediately thereafter, Sections 2 of 20, 42 and 43, Block I, Otokia District, will be offered at the upset price of 10s. per acre.
