LAND OPEN FOR SALE on 22nd February, 1871
See Gazette of 23rd February, 1871, which may be had at the various Survey and Police Stations throughout the Province; and at the Land Offices, Dunedin and Invercargill.
NOTICE TO APPLICANTS for UNSURVEYED LAND, under “Otago Waste Land Act, 1866.”
It is hereby notified to the applicants whose names appear in the subjoined Schedule, that the Waste Land Board has declared them to be the purchasers of the sections set opposite their names in the Schedule, and that the purchase money of these sections must be paid to the Receiver of Land Revenue in Dunedin, on or before Wednesday, the 9th day of August, 1871, otherwise the applications will be deemed withdrawn, cancelled and void, and the deposit made at the time of lodging the application will be forfeited.

NOTICE is hereby given, that Section 29, Block II, Maungatua District, containing 63a Or 36p., will be offered for sale by public auction, at the auction Rooms of R. W. Capstick, Tokomairiro, on Monday, the 14th day of August, 1871 (immediately after the Town Land Sale there on that date), at the upset price of 21s per acre.
Section 33, Block VI, Otago Peninsula District, formerly advertised to be sold by auction, on July 28th, is withdrawn from sale.
NOTICE is hereby given, that Sections 22, and 1 of 41, Block II, Dunedin and East Taieri District, will be offered for sale by public auction, at the Land Office, Dunedin, on Monday, the 14th day of August, 1871, immediately after the Town Lands Sale to take place there on that date; and Section 25, Block IX, Otepopo District, will be offered at Herbert, immediately after the Town Lands Sale there, on Tuesday, the 15th of August, at noon, at the upset price of 10s. per acre.
