IMPOUNDED on the 10th day of July, 1871, one red and white Cow, like J T off rump; one red and white Bull Calf, no visible brands; one red and white Cow, 22 off rump; one red and white Heifer, blotch off rump; by Thos. Stanbrook, ranger, by order of J. M’Kay, Esq., Inspector of Depasturing Licenses; owner unknown; trespassing on Dunstan Common; for which 10s. on each of the Cows and 5s. each on Bull Calf and Heifer is claimed; and in default of being released, the above Cattle will be sold at the Public Pound at Leaning Rock, Clyde, on Friday, the 4th day of August, 1871, at twelve o’clock noon.—William Williams, Poundkeeper of the Leaning Rock (Clyde) Pound.
IMPOUNDED, on the 11th day of July, 1871, by Alexander Graham, manager at Abbotsford Station, one red and white Cow, branded on near rib like the letters OH conjoined; one red and white Heifer, no visible brand; one yellow and white Heifer, no visible brand; one red bull, no visible brand; for trespassing on Abbotsford Station, for which expenses, one shilling per head is claimed for driving to Pound; and, in default of being released, the above cattle will be sold at the Public Pound at West Taieri, on Friday, the 4th day of August, 1871, at 12 o’clock noon.—Michael Tynan, Poundkeeper of the West Taieri Pound.
IMPOUNDED on the 13th day of July, 1871, by Frank Emerson, one bay cob Horse, short mane, white star on forehead, no visible brand; owner unknown; for trespassing on White Horse Yard, for which 14s. damages is claimed; and, in default of being released, the above cattle will be sold at the Public Pound, at South Dunedin, on the 4th day of August, 1871, at 12 o’clock noon.—John Baer, Poundkeeper of the South Dunedin Pound.
IMPOUNDED on the 8th day of July, 1871, one roan Gelding, branded T near shoulder, near fore foot white; one bay Gelding, branded like B near hip; J B near shoulder, four white feet; one dark bay Gelding, branded T near shoulder, star on forehead; by Thomas Stanbrook, Ranger, by instructions from J. M’Kay, Esq., Inspector of Depasturing Licenses; owner unknown; for trespassing on Dunstan Commonage, for which 15s. damages on each two first horses, and 5s. on the other is claimed; and in default of being released, the above horses will be sold at the Public Pound, at Leaning Rock, Clyde, on Friday, the 4th day of August, 1871, at 12 o’clock noon.—William Williams, Poundkeeper of the Leaning Rock Clyde Pound.

DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.—Notice is hereby given, that the partnership heretofore subsisting between George Mingay Aldrich, Philip Burbridge Boult, Donald M’Kay, and Allan M’Kay, as saw mill proprietors and timber merchants at Queenstown, in the Province of Otago, under the style of "Boult, M’Kay and Co.," has this day been dissolved. The debts due to and from the late firm will be received and paid by George Mingay Aldrich.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the partnership carried on for some time past at Hyde Home Station, in the Province of Otago, by Charles William Chapman and Frederick William Reynolds Anderson, under the firm of Chapman and Anderson, was this day Dissolved by mutual consent. All debts owing or payable to the late copartnership are to be paid to, and the liabilities thereof will be discharged by, the said Charles William Chapman, who will continue to carry on the business of Sheep-farming at the said Station, in his own name, and on his own behalf.
