DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.

NOTICE is hereby given, that the partnership hitherto subsisting between Robert Blackadder and Johannes Graff, in Dunedin, as Iron Merchants and Agricultural Implement Dealers, under the style of “Blackadder, Graff and Co.,” has been this day dissolved by mutual consent.

The business will be continued by Mr. Blackadder, who will pay all debts due from the firm, and receive all moneys owing to it.

Dated this fourteenth day of April, one thousand eight hundred and seventy-one.

THE Partnership hitherto existing between the undersigned James Brugh and Matthew Robertson Miller, under the firm of Barata Flax Company, Port Molyneux, have ceased, by mutual consent, to carry on business from this date as flax-dressers.

All accounts due to the said firm are to be paid to the said James Brugh, by whom all accounts owing by the said firm will be paid; and all claims against said firm must be sent in on or before 30th instant.

TAKE NOTICE, that I desire that the boundary or separating fence between Section 91, held by you, and Sections 89 and 90, be made immediately, on or before June, 1871; and that such fence shall be according to No. 3, Schedule B, of Fencing Ordinance, 27th May, 1867.
