LAND OPEN FOR SALE on 22nd February, 1871.—See Gazette of 23rd February, 1871, which may be had at the various Survey and Police Stations throughout the Province; and at the Land Offices, Dunedin and Invercargill.

NOTICE is hereby given, that the Pastoral License of Run No. 67 having expired, the land will be open for application to purchase as unsurveyed land, on Monday, the 3rd day of April next, at the District Land Office, Invercargill. The Run is situated on both sides of the Main South Road, about six miles north of the Mataura River. Maps and every information may be had at the District Land Office, Invercargill, and the Land Office, Dunedin. Applicants will have to survey their allotments at their own cost, by an authorised surveyor, and will be entitled, if declared the purchasers, to an allowance of ten acres for every hundred acres surveyed and purchased, as compensation for the cost of survey; if not declared the purchaser, the cost of survey will be refunded.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Lease for five years of section 1, block III, containing 25a. 1r. 24p., and section 2, block III, Kuriwao district, containing 4a. 3r. 11p., together with the buildings known as the Popotunoa Accommodation House, and other improvements effected thereon, will be offered for sale by public auction at the Crown Hotel, Balclutha, on Monday, the 24th day of April next, at noon, at the upset price of £20 per annum.

NOTICE TO APPLICANTS for UNSURVEYED LAND, under “Otago Waste Land Act 1866.”—It is hereby notified to the applicants whose names appear in the subjoined Schedule, that the Waste Land Board has declared them to be the purchasers of the sections set opposite their names in the Schedule, and that the purchase money of these sections must be paid to the Receiver of Land Revenue in Dunedin, on or before Wednesday, the 12th day of April, 1871, otherwise the applications will be deemed withdrawn, cancelled, and void, and the deposit made at the time of lodging the application will be forfeited.
