1871.—See Gazette of 23rd February, 1871,
which may be had at the various Survey and Police
Stations throughout the Province; and at the Land
Offices, Dunedin and Invercargill.
NOTICE is hereby given, that the Pastoral License
of Run No. 67 having expired, the land will be
open for application to purchase as unsurveyed land, on
Monday, the 3rd day of April next, at the District
Land Office, Invercargill.
The Run is situated on both sides of the Main South
road—about six miles north of the Mataura River.
Maps and every information may be had at the
District Land Office, Invercargill, and the Land Office,
Dunedin.
Applicants will have to survey their allotments at
their own cost, by an authorised surveyor, and will be
entitled, if declared the purchasers, to an allowance of
ten acres for every hundred acres surveyed and pur-
chased, as compensation for the cost of survey; if not
declared the purchaser, the cost of survey will be re-
funded.

NOTICE TO APPLICANTS for UNSURVEYED
LAND, under "Otago Waste Land Act 1866."
—It is hereby notified to the applicants whose names
appear in the subjoined Schedule, that the Waste Land
Board has declared them to be the purchasers of the
sections set opposite their names in the Schedule, and
that the purchase money of these sections must be paid
to the Receiver of Land Revenue in Dunedin, on or be-
fore Wednesday, the 5th day of April, 1871, other-
wise the applications will be deemed withdrawn, can-
celled, and void, and the deposit made at the time of
lodging the application will be forfeited.

NOTICE.
CROWN GRANTS for the Land, and in favor of
the persons after-mentioned, are now ready for
delivery; and attention is directed to the following
clauses of the "Crown Grants Act 1866."
Clause XXXIX.—There shall be paid upon all Grants
to be hereafter issued, which may be left in the charge
or custody of any Commissioner of Crown Lands, or
other officer charged with the delivery of the same, a
fee of sixpence for every month during which they
shall be so left after the expiration of three months
from the date of the notice in the Gazette of the Pro-
vince wherein the lands are situate, that such Grants
are ready for delivery.
Clause XL.—There shall be paid upon all Grants
issued prior to the passing of this Act, and left as
