ABSTRACT FROM PREVIOUS GAZETTES
of Impounding Notices:—
31st March, Friday noon, two heifers will be sold at
at Clyde Pound.
31st March, Friday noon, a horse will be sold at South
Dunedin Pound

TENDERS will be received at the Office of the
Secretary for Land and Works until noon of
the 18th April, for
CONTRACT No. 557—Erection of a Court House
at Cromwell.
Plans and Specifications may be seen and Forms of
Tender obtained at the office of the Engineer of Roads

and Works, Dunedin, or at District Engineer's Office,
Cromwell.
Tenders to be indorsed "Roads and Works Tender
for Contract No. 557."
The Government does not undertake to accept the
lowest or any Tender.

TENDERS will be received at the Office of the
Secretary for Land and Works, until noon of
Monday, 27th March, for—
Contract No. 542—Construction of a Timber Bridge
over creek at Thomson's, on road "Saddle Hill to West
Taieri."
Plans and specifications may be seen, and forms of
tender obtained, at the Office of the Engineer of Roads
and Works, Dunedin.
Tenders to be indorsed "Roads and Works Tender
for Contract No. 542."
The Government does not undertake to accept the
lowest or any tender.

POLICE DEPARTMENT, &c.—Tenders for sup-
plying the under-mentioned Police Stations and
other Government Departments in the respective Dis-
tricts after-mentioned, with Forage for the twelve
months ending 31st of March, 1872, will be received
at the Government Buildings, until Tuesday, 28th
March, 1871:—
