NOTICE is hereby given, that the Pastoral Licence
for Run No. 67 having expired, the land will be
open for application to purchase as unsurveyed land, on
Monday, the 3rd day of April next, at the District
Land Office, Invercargill:—
—The Run is situated on both sides of the Main South
Road, about six miles north of the Mataura River.
Maps and every information may be had at the
District Land Office, Invercargill, and the Land Office,
Dunedin.
Applicants will have to survey their allotments at
their own cost, by an authorised surveyor, and will be
entitled, if declared the purchasers, to an allowance of
ten acres for every hundred acres surveyed and pur-
chased, as compensation for the cost of survey: if not
declared the purchaser, the cost of survey will be re-
funded.

NOTICE is hereby given, that the Hundreds
of Crookston and Wairuna, including
Greenvale, Blocks 1, 2, 4 and 5; Crookston, Blocks 2
and 3; and Waipahi, Blocks 2, 3, 7, 6, 8 and 4, which
have all been surveyed into sections of from 60 to 300
acres each, will be open for application at this office on
and after Monday, the 3rd day of April next.
NOTICE.
CROWN GRANTS for the Land, and in favor of
the persons after-mentioned, are now ready for
delivery; and attention is directed to the following
clauses of the “Crown Grants Act 1866.”
Clause XXXIX.—There shall be paid upon all Grants
to be hereafter issued, which may be left in the charge
or custody of any Commissioner of Crown Lands, or
other officer charged with the delivery of the same, a
fee of sixpence for every month during which they
shall be so left after the expiration of three months
from the date of the notice in the Gazette of the Pro-
vince wherein the lands are situate, that such Grants
are ready for delivery.
Clause XL.—There shall be paid upon all Grants
issued prior to the passing of this Act, and left as
aforesaid in the custody of the officer charged with the
delivery thereof, a fee of sixpence per month for every
month during which they shall be so left after two
months subsequent to the passing of this Act.
