SUPREME COURT.—Notice is hereby given that a Sitting of the Supreme Court for the despatch of Criminal and Civil Business, will be held at the Supreme Court House, Dunedin, on Monday the fifth day of September next, at the hour of ten o’clock in the forenoon, at which time and place all persons bound by recognizances to appear as Prosecutors, Defendants, or Witnesses, are required to give their attendance.

Notice is hereby further given, that the Civil Cases will not be called on for trial until Monday, the twelfth day of September, at ten o’clock in the forenoon.
