DISSOLUTION OF CO-PARTNERSHIP.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the co-partnership hitherto existing between us, the undersigned, Edmund Gibson and Philip Bouverie Luxmoore, lately carrying on business as Sheep Farmers and Graziers in the Waitangi District, in the Province of Canterbury, under the style or firm of "Gibson and Luxmoore," was dissolved on the second day of May now last past by mutual consent.

I THE undersigned Charles Frederick Johnson, hereby make application to register the the "Alta Quartz Mining Company (Registered)" under the provisions of "The Mining Companies’ Limited Liability Act 1865," and I do solemnly and sincerely declare that the following statement is, to the best of my belief and knowledge, true in every particular, namely—
- The name and style of the Company is the "Alta Quartz Mining Company (Registered)."
- The place of operations is at Bendigo, in the Province of Otago.
- The nominal capital of the Company is £4,800, in four hundred and eighty shares of £10 each.
- The amount already paid up is £2,400, being the estimated value of the mine.
- The name of the Manager is Charles Frederick Johnson.
- The office of the Company is in Sunderland street, Clyde, in the Province of Otago aforesaid.
