IMPOUNDED, on the 19th day of May, 1870, by H. S. Roberts, Ardmore Station, one road colt, DM off neck, damages, 5s. Also 1 red cow, star in forehead, branded R near rump; 1 strawberry calf, progeny of the above; damages, 8s. Notice sent to supposed owners for trespassing on Ardmore Station, and in default of being released, the above cattle will be sold at the public pound at Tapanui, on Friday the 24th day of June, 1870, at 12 o'clock noon. MUNICIPALITY OF CROMWELL.

I HEREBY give notice, in accordance with the provisions of clauses 82, 83, and 85 of the Otago Municipal Corporations' Ordinance 1865, that the assessment of the property within this Municipality has been allowed by this Council as a fair and just assessment.
And I further give notice that the same is deposited, and may be daily inspected, at my office by any person interested therein, between the hours of 11 a.m. and 3 p.m.
