Act, on Tuesday, the seventeenth day of May, one thousand eight hundred and seventy, at eleven o’clock in the forenoon, at the Supreme Court-house, Dunedin.
And notice is hereby further given, that any person claiming any title or interest to or in the said lands, or any of them, either as heir-at-law of the said James Buchanan, or otherwise, may appear and give evidence at such inquest in support of their, his, or her claims or claim.

Notice is hereby given, that a sitting of the Supreme Court, for the despatch of Criminal and Civil Business, will be held at the Supreme Court-house, Dunedin, on Monday the sixth day of June next, at the hour of ten o’clock in the forenoon, at which time and place all persons bound by recognizance to appear as prosecutors, defendants, or witnesses, are required to give their attendance.
Notice is hereby further given, that the Civil Cases will not be called on for trial until Monday, the thirteenth day of June, at ten o’clock in the forenoon.
