NOTICE.—Adamsthorpe Road Trustees intend to apply for authority from the General Road Board to levy an assessment on the district on the annual value of one shilling in the pound.—James Adams, Chairman Road Trustees.

NOTICE.—The Local Board of the Herbert Road District notify their intention of applying to the General Road Board for authority to levy a highway rate of one shilling per pound of annual value of all lands, houses, &c., within the boundaries of said district.

NOTICE.—Ratepayers in the above district may inspect the assessment roll at the School-house, Otepopo, for fourteen days from date hereof (Sundays excepted).—Alex. Pirie, Clerk and Collector. Otepopo, March 2, 1870.

NOTICE.—The precept authorising the collection of a highway rate of 6d. per acre, throughout the Deborah Bay Road District, for the year ending June, 1870, having been issued; Ratepayers are requested to pay the amount of their rates to me, on or before the 7th April, 1870.—Geo.
