Schedule.
Alfred H. Burton, for “Caledonian Quartz Mining
Company,” for 400 yards by 200 yards of land along
the line of reef between and adjoining the Eclipse and
Victoria Claims on Macrae’s Flat.
NOTICE.
WHEREAS it is intended to stop up that road
which is described in the schedule hereunder
written, and which is also delineated on the map or plan
mentioned and referred to in the “Taieri Districts
Roads Lands Ordinance 1864,” a copy of which map or
plan is deposited at the Public School of North Taieri.
Now therefore, I, James Macandrew, Esquire,
Superintendent of the Province of Otago, by virtue and in
exercise of the powers vested in me as such by
the “Taieri Districts Roads Lands Ordinance 1864,”
do hereby give notice that all persons objecting to the
stopping up of the said road, are required to set forth a
statement in writing of any well-grounded objection
they may have to the stopping up of the said road, and
to leave such statement addressed to me, at my office in
Dunedin, within sixty days from the date hereof, other-
wise such objections will not be considered by me.
Schedule.
Breadalbane.
34 chains in length, 60 links wide, from District
Road at north-east angle of section 16, block XVIII,
Taieri, to Dunedin and West Taieri Road: bounded on
the north west by section 62, irregular block, and on
the south-east by sections 46 and 47, Riverside, Taieri.
22 chains in length, 60 links wide, from Dunedin and
West Taieri Road to River Bank Reserve, West Taieri
Bridge: bounded on the north-east by section 62, irre-
gular block, Taieri; and on the south-west by section
49 and part of 48, river section, Taieri.

NOTICE.—“Provincial Compulsory Land Taking
Act 1866.”—Notice is hereby given that it is
intended to introduce a Bill into the Provincial Council
of the Province of Otago at its next session, authorising
the Superintendent of the Province of Otago to take
compulsorily a part of the land sold under Application
numbered two thousand two hundred and twenty-
nine (2,229), block four (IV), on the map of the Papa-
kiao Survey District, for the purpose of completing a
road in the Papakaio Road District.
And notice is hereby further given that a copy of
the Bill so intended to be introduced as aforesaid, may
be inspected at the office of the clerk of the said Pro-
vincial Council, on and after the thirty-first day of
March now instant.
Dated this nineteenth day of March, one thousand
eight hundred and seventy.

NOTICE is hereby given that it is intended to
introduce a Bill into the Provincial Council
of the Province of Otago, at its next session, authorising
the Superintendent of the Province of Otago to take
compulsorily, for the purpose of completing a road in
the Kurimoto Road District, a portion of section num-
bered four (4), block twenty-seven (XXVII), on the
map of the Waihola Survey District.
And notice is hereby further given, that a copy of
the Bill so intended to be introduced as aforesaid may
be inspected at the office of the Clerk of the said Pro-
vincial Council on and after the thirty-first day of March
now instant.
Dated this first day of March, one thousand eight
hundred and seventy.

thirteen (13) and fourteen (14), block seven (VII), on
the Map of the Town Survey District.

the Bill so intended to be introduced as aforesaid, may
be inspected at the office of the Clerk of the said Pro-
vincial Council on and after the thirty-first day of March
next ensuing the date hereof.

now instant.
