NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that

Section 2 of 19, Block I, Otokia District, containing 132a. 0r. 9p.; and
Section 26, Block V, Dunedin and East Taieri District, containing 90a. 3r. 23p., will be offered for sale by public auction, under the 35th clause of the “Otago Waste Land Act 1866,” at 10s. per acre, and that the north half of Section 3, now called 61, Block VIII, Otepopo District, containing 79a. 3r., will be put up as Land of Special Value, in the Land Office, Dunedin, in terms of the 64th clause of the said Act, at the upset price of 21s. per acre, on Wednesday the ninth day of March next at noon.
