Notice is hereby given that the above Blocks, comprising an area of 7,365 acres, more or less, will be open for application, in the Land Office, Dunedin, on and after Wednesday, the 1st day of December next.

Extract from Land Act.—In the event of two or more persons having made application for the same land on the same day, such land shall be put up for sale by auction, open to all bidders.

Lithograph Maps, price 1s. each, may be obtained at the Survey Office, Lawrence, and at the Agency in Dunedin.

NOTICE OF DISSOLUTION.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership subsisting between the undersigned as Undertakers in Dunedin, under the style of "Spicer and Murray," and as Coal Merchants under the style of "Spicer and Co.," was dissolved on the second day of October inst.

All debts due to the said firm of "Spicer and Murray" are to be paid to the undersigned, H. W. MURRAY, who will pay and discharge all debts due by the said firm in respect of the Undertaking Business.

All debts due to the said firm of "Spicer and Co." are to be paid to the undersigned, J. R. SPICER, who will pay and discharge all debts due in respect of the Coal Business.
