NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the following Allotments in block i, Naseby, will be offered for sale by public auction, at the Survey Office, Naseby, on Tuesday, the 16th day of November next, at 12 o'clock noon, at the upset price of 5s. per foot frontage to the principal streets, as per plan. Sections 70 and 71 having a frontage of 66 and 67; the purchaser paying for improvements (if any) as valued by the Warden—Sections 7 to 14, 28 to 30, 39 to 56, 63 to 65, 68 to 77, 107, 109, 110, 111 to 113.
