NOTICE is hereby given, that the application of George Butler Bond and others, for a Mining Lease of fifteen acres of land, adjoining Pierce and Party’s Claim, Cardrona, has been refused by the Government, and the said land is now open for occupation by holders of Miners’ Rights.

James Boreland, for sections 29 and 30, Moa Flat Block, Mount Benger
John Campbell, for sections 2 and 3, block 4, Table Hill;

And the above sections are now re-open for application for Agricultural purposes.

THE PARTNERSHIP entered into for three months between Ralph Steele Nicolson and Robert Souter, as Printers, &c., under the style of Reith, Nicholson, and Souter, expired on the 30th of April, 1869.


DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.—The Partnership hitherto subsisting between John Bernard Ludwig Luks and George William Luks, trading under the style and firm of Luks Brothers, hotel and storekeepers, has been dissolved this day by mutual consent.

The business from this date will be carried on by said J. B. L. Luks, who will pay and collect all accounts due by and to the late firm.
