NOTICE is hereby given that the Township of Weatherstone's instead of being sold at the Land Office on the 2nd day of July next, as advertised, will be sold by Mr J. M. Nicolson, at Lawrence, on Friday the 30th day of July next, at 12 o'clock noon.

IMPOUNDED on the 19th day of June, 1869, by Mr Carmichael, East Taieri, one red steer, no visible brand, about 18 months old, owner unknown, for trespassing on cultivation paddock, for which no damage is claimed; and in default of being released, the above steer will be sold at the Public Pound at East Taieri, on Friday the 16th day of July, 1869, at 12 o'clock noon.

NOTICE.—In pursuance of an order of His Honor Mr. Justice Ward, dated the eighth day of June, 1869, made under Section VII of "The Trustees Relief Act 1862," Notice is hereby given, that all persons who may have claims against the estate of the late Henry Doig, of Abbots Creek, Green Island, near Dunedin, in the Province of Otago, are directed to send in their claims to Mr. James Runciman, of Green Island, one of the executors named in the Will of the said Henry Doig (to the care of the undersigned), within three months from the twenty-third day of June, 1869. And notice is further given, that after the expiration of the said period of three months, the said executor, James Runciman, will proceed to distribute the assets of the said Henry Doig amongst the parties entitled thereto, having regard to the claims of which the said executor, James Runciman, shall then have notice in manner provided by the said Section.

And notice is further given, that after the expiration of the said period of three months the executors of the said Will will proceed to distribute the assets of the said Mark Noble amongst the parties entitled thereto, having regard to the claims of which the executors shall then have notice in manner provided by the said Section.
