All that area in the Province of Otago, containing by admeasurement 4a 2r 29p, more or less, being a road line situate in the Clutha Survey District; bounded on the east by sections numbered 6, 8, 10 and 12, and the west by sections numbered 5, 7, 9 and 11, block LIV, 7800 links, more or less.

  2. All that area in the Province of Otago, containing by admeasurement 9a 0r 37p, more or less, being a road line situate in the Clutha Survey District; bounded on the east by sections numbered 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12 and 15, block XLIII, 15,400 links, more or less; and on the west by sections numbered 1, 3, 5, 7, 9 and 11, block XLIX, and by sections numbered 1, 3 and 5, block L, 15,400 links, more or less.

  3. All that area in the Province of Otago, containing by admeasurement 0a 0r 37p, more or less, being a road line situate in the Clutha Survey District; bounded on the east by part of section No. 13, block XXXVI, 350 links, more or less; and on the west by parts of sections numbered 3 and 5, block XLIII, 450 links, more or less.

  4. All that area in the Province of Otago, containing by admeasurement 7a 0r 3p, more or less, being a road line situate in the Clutha Survey District; bounded on the east by sections numbered 10 and 12, and part of section No. 8, block XXXIV, 4500 links, more or less; and on the west by sections numbered 7, 9, and 11, block XLI, 4500 links, more or less; again, on the east by sections numbered 8, 10, 11, 12, and part of section No. 13, block XXXVI, 7200 links, more or less; and on the west by sections numbered 7, 9 and 11, block XLIII, and by section No. 1 and part of section No. 3, block XLIII, 7200 links, more or less.

  5. All that area in the Province of Otago, containing by admeasurement 5a 0r 6p, more or less, being a road line situate in the Clutha Survey District; bounded on the north by section No. 12, block XXXVI, and by section No. 1, and part of No. 2, block XXXIII, 8400 links, more or less; and on the south by section No. 11, block XXXVI, and by section No. 11, and part of section No. 12, block XLIII, 8400 links, more or less.

  6. All that area in the Province of Otago, containing by admeasurement 3a 1r 27p, more or less, being a road line situate in the Clutha Survey District; bounded on the east by section No. 13, block XXXV, 5700 links, more or less; and on the west by sections numbered 1, 3 and 5, block XXXVI, 5700 links, more or less.

  7. All that area in the Province of Otago, containing by admeasurement 0a 3r 38p, more or less, being a road line situate in the Clutha Survey District; bounded on the south by section No. 12, block XXXIII, 16,000 links, more or less; and on the north by section No. 13, and part of section No. 12, block XXXV, 1700 links, more or less.

Of certain land in the Province of Otago having been reserved as a Public Cemetery for the Wakaia District.

BY His Honor Captain Thomas Fraser, Deputy-Superintendent of the Province of Otago.

WHEREAS the Provincial Council of Otago have under and by virtue of section 62 of the "Otago Waste Lands Act 1866" recommended that the lands hereinafter described should be reserved as a Public Cemetery for the Wakaia District, and it is

expedient that the said lands should be so reserved for that purpose: Now therefore, I, Thomas Fraser, Deputy Superintendent of the Province of Otago, in pursuance and exercise of the power and authority vested in me in this behalf, do hereby publish and declare that I have made and dedicated the lands hereinafter described, a Reserve for the purpose of a Public Cemetery for the Wakaia District, henceforth to be known as the Wakaia Cemetery Reserve; that

All that area containing by admeasurement two (2) acres one (1) rood and twenty-one (21) poles more or less, being section 1 of the Wakaia District in the Province of Otago, and marked "Cemetery Reserve" on the Record Map of the said district deposited in the Office of the Chief Surveyor for the Province of Otago.
Dated at Dunedin this 22nd day of June, 1869.

WHEREAS the Provincial Council of Otago have under and by virtue of section 62 of the "Otago Waste Lands Act 1866" recommended that the lands hereinafter described should be reserved as an addition to the Public Cemetery for the District of Tokomairiro; and it is expedient that the said lands should be so reserved for that purpose: Now therefore, I, Thomas Fraser, Deputy-Superintendent of the Province of Otago, in pursuance and exercise of the power and authority vested in me in this behalf, do hereby publish and declare that I have made and dedicated the lands hereinafter described a Reserve, for the purpose of an addition to the Public Cemetery for the District of Tokomairiro, henceforth to be known as the "Tokomairiro Cemetery Reserve;" (that is to say)β€”

All that area situate in the Province of Otago containing by admeasurement three acres and one half acre (3 1/2), more or less, situate in the town of Fairfax, being
