NOTICE.—The Partnership hitherto subsisting between the undersigned as storekeepers at Outram, West Taieri, under the firm of "Oprey and Snows," has this day been dissolved by mutual consent. The business will be carried on by W. and R. Snow, who will receive and pay all debts.

NOTICE.—The Partnership hitherto existing between Richard Wheeler, Joseph Gray, and John Eagle, carrying on business as Carpenters and Timber Merchants at St. Bathans, under the style of Richard Wheeler and Co., is this day dissolved by mutual consent.
The business will in future be carried on by Richard Wheeler, who will liquidate all the liabilities of and receive all debts due to the late Company.

NOTICE.—Impounded, on the 12th day of January, 1869, by the Police:—One Black Horse, branded like R on off neck, slightly white off hind fetlock, with a little white on forehead; owner unknown, for trespassing on the public street at Balclutha, for which no damage is claimed; and in default of being released the above horse will be sold at the Public Pound at Balclutha, on Friday, the 12th day of February, 1869, at twelve o’clock, noon.

NOTICE is hereby given, that the Partnership between the undersigned Henry Cable, Duncan Drummond, and James Wright, in the trade and business of cattle dealers and slaughtermen, at Waipori, under the firm or style of Jas. Wright and Co., in so far as concerns the said Henry Cable and Duncan Drummond only and not otherwise, was this day dissolved by mutual consent, and in future the business will be carried on by the said James Wright on his own account, and the said James Wright will pay all debts owing by James Wright, H. Cable, D. Drummond, and receive all debts owing to the said partnership, in the regular course of trade.
