SALE OF CROWN LANDS of Special Value

Under the 64th clause of The Otago Waste Land Act 1866,—Notice is hereby given that the following allotments of land in the undermentioned Districts (formerly set aside as Educational Reserves), will be offered for Sale by public auction, as of special value, at the upset price of 20s. per acre in the Auction Rooms of Messrs. Driver, M’Lean and Co., Dunedin, on Friday, the 15th day of January next and subsequent days, if necessary, at 12 o’clock, noon:

North Molyneux Road District. (No. 28.)

1. All that area in the Province of Otago containing by admeasurement 8a. 3r. 21p., more or less, being a road line situate in the North Molyneux Survey District; bounded on the north by sections numbered 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, block XI, and Sections numbered 6, 7, 8, block XIV, 14,800 links, more or less; and on the south by sections numbered 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, block XII, and by sections numbered 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, block XIII, and by sections numbered 1, 2, 3, 4, block XIV, 14,800 links, more or less.

2. All that area in the Province of Otago, containing by admeasurement 3a. 1r. 27p., more or less, being a road line situate in the North Molyneux Survey District; bounded on the east by section No. 5, block XIII, 5700 links, more or less; and on the west by section No. 1, Block XIV, 5700 links, more or less.

3. All that area in the Province of Otago, containing by admeasurement 4a. 1r. 1p., more or less, being a road line situate in the North Molyneux Survey District; bounded on the east and north by section No. 1, block VII, and sections numbered 1 and 2, block VII, 7100 links, more or less; and on the west and south by sections numbered 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, and 8, block VI, 7100 links, more or less.

4. All that area in the Province of Otago, containing by admeasurement 3a. 1r. 25p., more or less, being a road line situate in the North Molyneux Survey District; bounded on the north-west by section No. 1, block VI, 5700 links, more or less; and on the south-east by section No. 10, block V, 5700 links, more or less.

5. All that area in the Province of Otago, containing by admeasurement 3a. 3r. 0p., more or less, being a road line situate in the Hillend Survey District; bounded on the west by sections numbered 9 and 10, block I, 7500 links, more or less; and on the east by a portion of block XI, South Tuakitoto District, 7500 links, more or less.

6. All that area in the Province of Otago, containing by admeasurement 3a. 1r. 3p., more or less, being a road line situate in the South Tuakitoto Survey District; bounded on the north-west by section No 1, block XI, 5450 links, more or less; and on the south-east by section No. 8, block XII, 5450 links, more or less.

All that area in the Province of Otago, containing by admeasurement 1a. 3r. 8p., more or less, being a road line situate in the Upper Kaikorai Survey District; bounded on the north-west by portion of section 15, sections 14, 13, 12, 11 and 10, block IV, 3000 links, more or less; and on the south-east by part of section 3, sections 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 and 9, said block IV, 3000 links, more or less.

1. All that area in the Province of Otago, containing by admeasurement 0a. 2r. 21p., more or less, being a road line situate in the Lower Kaikorai District; bounded on the west by section 1, Lower Kaikorai, 420 links, more or less; and on the north-east by section 10, block IV, Upper Kaikorai District, 6130 links, more or less; and on the south and east by said section 1, Lower Kaikorai, 1050 links, more or less.
