NOTICE is hereby given that the Registrar of the above Court at Dunedin did on Saturday, the 21st day of November instant, adjourn the meeting of Creditors herein until Saturday, the 28th day of November instant, at the hour of ten o’clock, then to be held at the Supreme Court House, Dunedin.

NOTICE is hereby given that Monday, the 30th day of November, 1868, has been appointed as a public sitting, at the Supreme Court House, at ten o’clock in the forenoon, before His Honor Charles Dudley Robert Ward, Esq., for JAMES ROEBUCK and GEORGE APPLEGARTH, both of Dunedin, Otago, New Zealand, and lately trading in Dunedin aforesaid, in co-partnership as coachbuilders, now bankrupts respectively, to pass their last examination; and, also, to make application for their final discharge, under the provisions of "The Bankruptcy Act 1867."

In accordance with a Resolution of the House of Representatives to the effect that New Zealand Mean Time be adopted throughout the Colony, it is hereby notified for public information, that the time corresponding to the longitude of 172° 30’ East from Greenwich—which is exactly 11½ hours in advance of Greenwich time—has been adopted as the Mean Time for the Colony; and that from and after the second day of November, the Public Offices of the General Government will be opened and closed in accordance therewith.
