NOTICE is hereby given that the above-named George Perriman has this day been adjudicated a bankrupt, and that he is required to surrender on Tuesday, the twenty-fourth day of November instant, at the hour of ten o’clock in the forenoon: And notice is hereby further given that the first meeting of the creditors of the said bankrupt is appointed to be held at the Supreme Court House, Dunedin, on the day and hour aforesaid.

This is to give notice, that neither of the above parties will be accountable or held liable for any debt or debts contracted by either of them (on behalf of the firm) without the signature of both being appended to any purchase note, bills of exchange, promissory notes, or other securities, etc.
