In the matter of James O’Grady, of Mosgiel, a bankrupt, and John Mathews, of Dunedin, a bankrupt, and in the matter of “The Bankruptcy Act 1867.”
NOTICE is hereby given, that Monday, the sixteenth day of November inst., at the Supreme Court House, Dunedin, at the hour of ten o’clock in the forenoon, has been appointed for the last examination of the above-named bankrupts, when they will apply for their order of discharge.

A meeting of the bankrupt’s creditors is appointed to be held at the Court House, Dunedin, on Tuesday, the seventeenth day of November, at the hour of ten o’clock in the forenoon.

To all to whom these presents shall come,
GREETING:
WHEREAS by “The Regulation of Elections Act, 1858,” it is enacted that it shall be lawful for the Governor, by warrant under his hand, from time to time to appoint polling places for each Electoral District, within or without the limits thereof, and to appoint any one of such places to be the principal polling place for the district, and all or any of such polling places at any time to abolish, and to appoint other polling places in lieu thereof: And whereas by warrant under the hand of the Governor, certain places were appointed polling places and principal polling place for the Gold Fields District, for the election of Superintendent and Members of the Provincial Council of the Province of Otago: And whereas it is expedient to abolish the same;
Now know ye that I, Sir George Ferguson Bowen, the Governor of the said Colony, in pursuance of the power and authority in me vested by the said Act, do hereby abolish the above-named polling places and principal polling place for the above-named district, for the election of Superintendent and Members of the Provincial Council, and do appoint in lieu thereof—

Given under the hand of His Excellency Sir George Ferguson Bowen, Knight Grand Cross of the Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and Saint George, Governor and Commander-in-Chief in and over Her Majesty’s Colony of New Zealand and its Dependencies, and Vice-Admiral of the same, at the Government House at Wellington, this sixteenth day of October, in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and sixty-eight.
