REGULATIONS OF THE MARUWENUA HUNDRED.
1st. Both great and small cattle to be allowed to be depastured on the Crown Lands of the Hundred.
2nd. The rate of assessment for the year 1868 to be sixpence per head of small cattle, and two shillings and sixpence per head of great cattle.
3rd. The number of great and small cattle apportioned to each license holder who has made application to the Wardens, shall be as follows:—

REGULATIONS made by the Wardens of the Oamaru Hundred, at a meeting held in Oamaru, May 14th, 1868:—
1st. That each license holder be permitted to depasture stock on the unoccupied lands of the above Hundred, in the proportion of one (1) head of great cattle, or five (5) sheep for every twenty-five (25) acres owned or occupied by him in the said Hundred.
2nd. That no stock can be apportioned after the date hereof for the term of the current year, to any other persons than those mentioned in the annexed list, or to any greater extent.
