NOTICE is hereby given, that the above-named
Samuel Grogan did, on the 28th July instant,
file in the Supreme Court of New Zealand, a Decla-
ration of Insolvency, under the Provisions of the above-
mentioned Act.

gement between the said William John Dyer and
his creditors was filed in the office of this Honorable
Court on the 20th day of July instant, and that an
application will be made to this Honorable Court, on
Monday, the third day of August next, for a Declara-
tion of the complete execution of the said Deed of
Arrangement.
